Social Commerce Manager

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

  • Lead end-to-end TikTok Content & Shop strategy and execution, including sampling, affiliate management, ad planning, and overall shop performance.
  • Social Media for Other Channels - Regular Posting & Content Management
  • Generate QTRly Content Buckets and dissemination ideas & Following key trends on platform

TikTok

  • Operational Command:
    • Analyze GMV, traffic, and conversion trends to drive continuous improvement
    • Ensure all deliverables—creator briefs, product lists, content approvals, reporting—are shipped with accuracy and speed.
  • Creator Outreach & Platform Fluency:
    • Leverage knowledge of TikTok Shop mechanics, creator dynamics, and algorithmic behavior to support smarter execution
    • Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop content creators
    • Build and manage affiliate activations - Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to help leadership create upsell pathways and strengthen account value.
    • Recruit, onboard, brief, and scale a high-performing creator and affiliate network, including UGC creators, whitelisted creators, and Live hosts.
    • Run daily outreach: Target Plans, Open Plans, AI-driven outreach (Euka AI, Reacher)
    • Maintain & Engage WhatsApp/Discord Groups & Conversations with Creators - timely response
    • Develop structured affiliate tiers, incentive programs, bonus initiatives, and monthly activation calendars to maximize performance & Approve affiliate samples & engagement with affiliates.
    • Optimize TTS Merchandising Calendar: Build weekly, monthly and seasonal plans that align with partnerships, influencer content, and viral opportunities
  • Act as the internal expert on TikTok Shop, partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate social commerce into broader business strategies, You should be able to own the product page best practices (including surfacing insights from competitors).

Other Social Media

  • Own and manage social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strategise, create, and publish engaging content: posts, reels, videos, carousels, blogs, and newsletters on Brand Social Platforms
  • Develop and implement content calendars (Copy/Strategy/Creative) + scheduling workflows.
  • Track performance metrics and derive insights to boost reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Evaluate and test new social commerce platforms to inform future expansion strategy
  • Work with in–house/agency/freelancers for support requirements such as Creatives/Videos & Assets.

Requirements:

3+ years of Social & Content experience is a MUST

  • Fast Learner - to understand TikTok Commerce & Shop SLAs
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative ability to produce compelling content and campaigns
  • Good time-management skills
  • Fast learner with a strong ownership mindset (to own KRAs) and ability to drive results independently.
  • Good understanding of AI Tools such as elevenlabs & Higgsfield are great to have
  • Experience in budget management & comfortable with a fast-moving environment which focuses on Sales, deadlines, and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication, analytical & reporting skills
  • E-Commerce or marketplace background is compulsory
  • Brand sells in the US (There are high chances that PST Timezone work/co-ordination might come up especially during high peak times - So someone okay with that is crucial)
