Sr Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore (India)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Role Understanding:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the hustle & is extremely comfortable with execution & working across content, creators, product, operations and marketing execution, ensuring that ideas move quickly from planning to execution.

Marketing & Content Pipeline:

  • Manage the end-to-end content pipeline from idea to execution.
  • Handle D2C Operation for Shopify & Retention Flows
  • Coordinate with internal teams, creators, graphic designers/agencies to ensure content is delivered on time - Ensure briefs, deliverables, and feedback loops are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Track marketing initiatives and ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Assist with research, reporting, and operational support for marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain structured marketing dashboards and reporting systems.

Performance Marketing Execution (Meta & Google Ads)

  • Execute and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • Support campaign setup including:
    • Campaign structure
    • Ad sets and targeting
    • Creative uploads
    • Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

NPD & Operations:

Assist in coordinating product launches and new product development timelines.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across:

  • Packaging
  • Content assets
  • Product claims
  • Launch communication

Help gather market and consumer insights to support product development and positioning. Support launch planning including content, messaging & also on operational stock connection.

Requirements:

2+ years of work experience (Best Case in a Growth/Ecomm/Consumer Business OR Strategy)

  • Obsessed with processes, detail, and velocity - Ideally you dislike inefficiency and love building order in chaos.
  • Fluent in both data and narrative equally comfortable in spreadsheets and strategy.
  • Timely and well-executed product launches
  • Organized systems that help marketing teams execute faster
  • Ability to context-switch rapidly across business, product & marketing.
  • Fast learner with a strong ownership mindset and ability to drive results independently.
